Qualifications:Genuine passion for assisting children with autism. Patience, empathy, and teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the past year). Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

In this rewarding position, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Your work will include utilizing evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities, all while minimizing challenging behaviors.
