Join our dynamic team at Centria Autism as a Behavior Technician and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding role, you will work directly with children, applying individualized behavior intervention plans guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your efforts will focus on teaching essential communication, social, and daily living skills while addressing challenging behaviors through proven techniques.

We are seeking passionate individuals who are dedicated to helping children with autism achieve their fullest potential. The ideal candidate will exhibit patience, compassion, and collaboration in a team setting. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you are fully prepared and empowered to support each child, regardless of prior experience. Given the nature of working with children, you should be comfortable with physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, and engaging in various movements as required, including the ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
