The ideal candidate will exhibit patience, compassion, and collaboration in a team setting. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you are fully prepared and empowered to support each child, regardless of prior experience. Given the nature of working with children, you should be comfortable with physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, and engaging in various movements as required, including the ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
