In this rewarding position, you will engage with children on a one-on-one basis, executing tailored behavior intervention plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your mission will involve utilizing evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social skills, and essential daily living abilities, while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors.
