Genuine passion for supporting children with autism Demonstrated patience, compassion, and teamwork skills Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications and a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year) Must pass a pre-employment background check Physical capability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

In this rewarding position, you will work closely with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your role will involve utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are eager to help children with autism achieve their fullest potential.

We value patience, empathy, and teamwork, and we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills, even if you have no prior experience. The nature of this work can be physically demanding, requiring you to engage in various movements such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting. You should be comfortable lifting and carrying children and objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
