Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Exhibit patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications, along with a recent Tuberculosis test. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

In this rewarding role, you will engage directly with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will involve applying evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while minimizing challenging behaviors.
