Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with children, preferably in a therapeutic or educational setting. Ability to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days of hire. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members. Compassionate and patient demeanor.

The Behavior Technician position at Centria Autism in Jackson, Michigan involves working directly with children diagnosed with autism. This role focuses on helping children develop new skills and achieve goals outlined in individualized treatment plans. Behavior Technicians receive guidance from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and play an active part in supporting both children and their families.
