High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) are a plus. Previous experience working with children, especially those with autism, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Ability to pass a background check.

The Behavior Technician at Centria Autism in Hillsboro, Oregon works directly with children diagnosed with autism. This position focuses on supporting each child's growth and development by following individualized treatment plans. Behavior Technicians collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), helping clients build important skills and improve their daily routines.
