Role overview
As a Behavior Technician, the focus is on helping children with autism achieve their developmental and behavioral goals. The work centers around following structured intervention plans created by a BCBA and being an active member of a collaborative team.
What you will do
- Work one-on-one with children with autism to support their progress
- Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Track and document data related to each child's progress and behaviors
- Work alongside families and other care professionals as part of an integrated team
