Behavior Technicians at Centria Autism work directly with children diagnosed with autism, delivering care based on individualized treatment plans. Each technician operates under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing support and maintaining regular contact with clients in the Hayward, California area.
What you will do
- Implement treatment plans designed for each child, following guidance from a BCBA
- Offer direct support and direction during therapy sessions
- Document and monitor data to track client progress over time
