Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if not completed within the past year). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Capability to perform various physical tasks (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

In this rewarding role, you will engage one-on-one with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will employ evidence-based strategies to teach essential skills, including communication, social interaction, and daily living, while minimizing challenging behaviors.
