To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:A genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Demonstrated patience, compassion, and teamwork abilities. At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Ability to secure CPR and First Aid Certification along with a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the past year). Pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification post-onboarding.

In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with children, applying individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll utilize proven, evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living skills while addressing any challenging behaviors.

Ideal candidates will possess patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and prepared to assist each child, even if you lack prior experience. Expect to engage in various physical activities, as children may be unpredictable and require active participation. Comfort in standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects up to 50 pounds is essential.
