Genuine passion for supporting children with autism Exemplary patience, compassion, and teamwork skills Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a tuberculosis test if not conducted in the past year Ability to complete a pre-employment background check Physical capability to move in various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

In this rewarding position, you will engage in one-on-one interactions with children, applying tailored behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Utilizing evidence-based methodologies, you will assist children in developing essential communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are dedicated to helping children achieve their fullest potential.

Our clients can present unpredictable behaviors, so resilience and physical capability are crucial. This role involves a variety of physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, and the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
