In this role, you will work closely with children, applying tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement evidence-based strategies aimed at enhancing their communication, social, and daily living skills while simultaneously addressing challenging behaviors.

It is essential that you exhibit patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills, regardless of your prior experience. This position requires physical activity as you will be engaging with children, which may involve standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
