The Bench Technician Associate (contract, 1 year) supports hardware and software installation, upgrades, and engineering changes for Latitude AI's bench fleet in Pittsburgh, PA. This position involves advanced diagnostics, triage support, and end-of-line commissioning. Work often alternates between independent tasks and collaboration with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.

What You Will Do

Diagnose complex electronic and assembly issues using both supplied and custom hardware and software tools.
Collaborate with teams focused on advanced architecture and control systems for sensors and computing.
Follow work instructions, technical papers, schematics, and 2D/3D prints as provided.
Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses based on schematics, using appropriate tools and techniques.
Verify signal paths, network functionality, and configuration management across different sites.
Work independently or in small teams to complete daily triage and engineering assignments.
