Role Summary
The Bench Technician Associate (contract, 1 year) supports hardware and software installation, upgrades, and engineering changes for Latitude AI's bench fleet in Pittsburgh, PA. This position involves advanced diagnostics, triage support, and end-of-line commissioning. Work often alternates between independent tasks and collaboration with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
What You Will Do
- Diagnose complex electronic and assembly issues using both supplied and custom hardware and software tools.
- Collaborate with teams focused on advanced architecture and control systems for sensors and computing.
- Follow work instructions, technical papers, schematics, and 2D/3D prints as provided.
- Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses based on schematics, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Verify signal paths, network functionality, and configuration management across different sites.
- Work independently or in small teams to complete daily triage and engineering assignments.

This is a 1-year contract position based in Pittsburgh, PA.
