About the job

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? Centria Autism is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this rewarding role, you will work directly with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include using evidence-based techniques to foster communication, social skills, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors. We are looking for individuals who possess patience, compassion, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Even if you lack prior experience, we offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary tools to support each child effectively. Please note that this role requires physical stamina, as you may need to stand, walk, sit, bend, and lift children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds. If you enjoy being active and are ready to embrace the unpredictability of working with children, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

At the end of each day, you will leave knowing that you have positively impacted a child's life and their family's future. Join us at Centria Autism and become part of a team that is dedicated to changing lives for the better. Apply now to embark on your journey as a Behavior Technician!
