Genuine passion for supporting children with autism Patience, compassion, and teamwork skills Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the past year) Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Physical ability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
