Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Patience, compassion, and teamwork skills. Minimum age of 18 years. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and a Tuberculosis test (if not completed within the last year). Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (sit, squat, bend, etc.). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification during onboarding. Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Join our passionate team at Centria Autism as a Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician! In this fulfilling role, you will have the unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of children with autism through individualized behavior intervention plans, guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will work one-on-one with children, employing evidence-based techniques to enhance their communication, social interactions, and daily living skills while addressing and reducing challenging behaviors.
