Bilingual Customer Advisor for EV Charging – French-speaking
Job Overview:
As a Customer Advisor, you will exclusively assist lease drivers with inquiries related to electric charging solutions for home use. Your main focus will be on providing guidance and oversight throughout the delivery, installation, connection, and usage of charging stations, ensuring that all processes align with the leasing company's framework. This role demands clear communication, diligent follow-up, and professional expectation management.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with lease drivers through phone and written communication in both French and Dutch
Provide detailed explanations regarding the installation and connection processes
Address inquiries regarding scheduling, timelines, and usage
Document and track reports and incidents
Coordinate with installers and internal teams
Proactively update customers on the status and next steps
Accurately record customer interactions in CRM systems
Language Requirements
French: C1 level (professional customer interaction)
(Language testing will be part of the recruitment process to mitigate risks)
Dutch: C1 level
English: preferable
