Role overview
The Bilingual Customer Success Manager works with North American customers to help them achieve their goals using Hostaway's vacation rental software. This role focuses on enabling clients to get the most value from the platform, supporting their growth and satisfaction. The position is fully remote and open only to candidates in LATAM.
Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The CSM collaborates closely with U. S. and North American clients, using strong communication and cultural understanding to deliver support and build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the Hostaway platform across a diverse client portfolio. Understand customer needs, guide them through tailored onboarding, and maintain ongoing engagement to help clients realize the full value of Hostaway's solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proactively engage with clients to increase satisfaction and ensure their continued success with Hostaway.
