Qualifications
Fluency in Albanian and English (additional languages are a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service or related fields preferred but not required. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
