Qualifications
What you'll do
Act as the primary point of contact for our customers through phone, email, and live chat.
Respond to customer inquiries swiftly and kindly, maintaining a solution-focused approach to meet our service level agreements for response times and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate seamless operational processes and assist customers with:
General inquiries
The switching process
Invoices
Meter readings
Manage customer calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring positive customer experiences.
Develop practical solutions for complex issues by working closely with our Second Level Support team.
Gain insights into energy industry topics and products such as EDIFACT and dynamic tariffs.
What you'll bring
Native-level proficiency in German (C2) required – both written and spoken.
Good command of English for internal communication with our international team.
A passion for helping customers solve problems and simplifying complex topics.
Prior experience in customer service, particularly in handling phone, email, or live chat support.
Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer support platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks or conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.
A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
