Qualifications

Advanced Spanish proficiency (both verbal and written). Experience in internal sales and/or B2C SaaS environments. Knowledge of and practical experience with SPIN selling methodology. Able to conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations. Strong organizational skills, discipline, and effective sales pipeline management. Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Results-oriented with high adaptability and a focus on growth objectives.

About the job

  • Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product for clients in Chile.

  • Optimize filters and prospecting efforts to capture potential B2C leads.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and closing deals.

  • Contribute to achieving the department's performance indicators and targets.

  • Map current product usage by clients to enhance their results, focusing on loyalty and retention.

  • Direct technical issues to the support team to ensure smooth product functionality for clients.
