Role overview

The Bilingual Member Support Specialist (Spanish) joins the Member Support Team to help members navigate their pharmacy benefits. This position is based in Lehi, UT or Plano, TX. Fluency in Spanish and experience in a contact center environment are essential.

What you will do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with members, healthcare providers, and pharmacies in both English and Spanish.
  • Follow up on member questions, resolve issues, document each interaction, and route complex inquiries to the right department.
  • Offer clear educational support to members about their pharmacy benefits.
  • Work toward resolving member concerns on the first call whenever possible.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Customer service experience in a contact center setting.
