Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of verifiable phlebotomy experience. You should meet all state and local requirements for Phlebotomy and ideally hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is required where applicable, and completion of an approved phlebotomy training course is preferred.

Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Phlebotomist in Chicago! We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Technician with at least two years of experience in phlebotomy or patient services. This role may involve floating between different locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for various blood collection techniques, including venipuncture and capillary draws from patients of all age groups. Additionally, you will conduct urine drug screen collections, paternity tests, and breath/saliva alcohol testing. Your expertise will be essential in dealing with pediatric blood collections and challenging draws from patients in diverse facilities such as long-term care, rehabilitation centers, and psychiatric facilities.

Compliance and Safety: A thorough understanding of compliance and safety protocols is crucial. You will play a key role in communicating these standards to fellow employees and ensuring adherence to best practices. You will also have the opportunity to provide orientation and training for new Patient Service Technicians.

Note: Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months with the potential for long-term employment.
