Role overview
The Bilingual School Liaison Advisor – In-School Program is a full-time, six-month contract role starting in September 2026. The position focuses on building connections between Tim Hortons Foundation Camps and schools throughout Quebec. The main responsibility is to support the Foundation’s Youth Leadership and Social Emotional Learning Program across the province.
What you will do
- Develop and implement a regional rollout strategy for the In-School program in Quebec.
- Establish and maintain relationships with school partners, including teachers, administrators, and senior leadership, to ensure successful program delivery for the 2026/2027 school year.
- Coordinate program logistics and outreach, such as organizing virtual information sessions and managing scheduling.
- Plan for program expansion and maintain ongoing communication with both schools and Foundation staff.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in educational leadership (for example, as a principal, vice principal, or teacher).
- Strong knowledge of Quebec’s educational system.
- Background working with key regional stakeholders, including school boards and service centres.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
Location and travel
This position is primarily remote and based in Quebec. Some travel may be required to St. George, Ontario; Toronto, Ontario; Montreal, Quebec; and Quyon, Quebec.

This is a full-time, six-month contract beginning September 2026.
