JOB TITLE: Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Licenses: Valid Texas SLP License and Driver's License

RESPONSIBILITIES: In your role as a Speech Language Pathologist at AIM, you will be essential in transforming lives through effective communication. Your responsibilities may include:
- Designing and implementing individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals.
- Assessing student progress and determining readiness for service termination.
- Conducting independent evaluations for service eligibility.
- Participating in IEP meetings for appropriate placement and goal setting.
- Collaborating with educators to enhance communication skills through classroom activities.
- Providing professional development for school staff on recognizing communication deficits.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, students, and parents regarding therapy goals.
- Creating a supportive learning environment that caters to student maturity levels.
- Coordinating ongoing evaluation of speech-language pathology services and implementing necessary changes.
- Assisting in the selection of equipment and instructional materials.
- Maintaining and organizing all necessary reports and records.
