The Opportunity:

We are in search of a Bilingual Tax Administrator to join our Operations team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Taxation, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all tax receipt verifications for Aviso Financial are conducted within the stipulated deadlines. You will process all monthly tax withholding payments in accordance with the service level agreements, the CRA, the MRQ, and the IRS deadlines. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all fiduciary and governmental regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of these regulations. You will collaborate closely with the Reconciliation, Processing, and Strategic Operations team on capital matters and be responsible for generating tax slips and delivering the files to our printing provider. You will regularly participate in conferences or group sessions related to taxation and work closely with the tax manager to ensure that all defined and documented processes are reviewed periodically.
