What We Expect From You:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Finance, Insurance) preferred.1–2 years of experience in finance, billing, or the insurance sector is advantageous. Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply!Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data handling, and basic analysis). Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Role overview

The Billing Executive supports accurate and timely billing processes while maintaining strong client relationships. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Main responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue billing packs on schedule to meet weekly targets.
  • Ensure billing accuracy for both new and existing clients.
  • Manage billing adjustments and handle billing for new business and renewals.
  • Respond to client billing queries within agreed timelines.
  • Investigate complex billing issues, collaborating with insurers and internal teams to resolve them.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable support.
  • Reduce client complaints by delivering high service quality and prompt responses.
  • Check onboarding documentation with Sales and Renewal teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Track billing turnaround times to ensure invoices meet service level agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
  • Keep accurate records to support reporting requirements.
  • Follow internal policies and regulatory requirements in all billing activities.
