You will play a pivotal role in the startup and implementation of a cutting-edge Brazing operation for our new production line at the Lincolnton, NC facility. This exciting position requires you to gain firsthand experience with the brazing process, as well as support the development of local work instructions and standards.During the startup phase, you will engage in extensive overseas training, enhancing your skills and knowledge.Collaboration is key; you will actively communicate with cross-functional departments including Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality to ensure seamless operations.You will be responsible for training and monitoring new production associates, providing timely and constructive feedback as necessary.Your duties will include loading/unloading, operating, adjusting, changing over, and maintaining multiple machines, as well as conducting 5S practices and troubleshooting issues. You will be expected to meet daily production targets and report any deviations promptly.
