Your Contribution
Blaze is an intensive 6-month program designed to accelerate your career in tech sales through hands-on coaching. You'll master the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals, while generating real revenue for our customers.
You will have the opportunity to interact directly with C-level executives in the DACH industrial sector, addressing their critical challenge of optimizing supply chain efficiency and resilience. With structured coaching, regular deal evaluations, and practical experience throughout each phase of the customer journey, you will quickly gain proficiency in discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing techniques.
By successfully meeting defined milestones, you will transition to a full-cycle Account Executive role after just six months.

Your Journey Over Six Months
Month 1: Master the Basics
Participate in an in-depth boot camp to familiarize yourself with our products, customers, and sales methodologies. Shadow experienced Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and begin practicing prospecting and qualification calls with dedicated coaching.
Months 2-4: Take Charge of Your Pipeline
Assume responsibility for your sales pipeline, applying the skills and strategies you've learned to drive results.
