Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled BMS Control Programmer to join our dynamic team at ResilientCo in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, documentation, and technical support of building management systems (BMS) including TREND CONTROL SYSTEMS, SCHNEIDER, IGNITION, and NIAGARA. Your expertise will contribute to designing innovative control solutions and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure building management systems from TREND, SCHNEIDER, IGNITION, and NIAGARA.
- Document project details for both internal records and client delivery.
- Provide technical maintenance support and troubleshooting.
- Design control solutions tailored to company needs.
- Engage in discussions with operators and service companies for optimal system performance.
- Prepare communication and security audit reports.
- Support the pre-sales area with specialized assistance in commercial proposals.
- Adhere to estimated timelines for task completion.
- Resolve Level 3 incidents effectively.
- Maintain direct client relationships through proposal delivery, pricing negotiation, and work planning organization.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO27001 regulations.
