We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automotive Electronics, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in BMS product development, with a preference for candidates with experience in energy storage batteries, chargers, or power supply systems. Experience in BMS hardware circuit development, familiar with AFE solutions from TI, Infineon, ST, or NXP, such as BQ79616, TLE9012, MC33771, or other similar chips. Knowledge of vehicle bus communication technologies and standards such as CAN, LIN, SPI, IIC, and 485.Proficient in analog and digital circuits, with strong skills in hardware simulation and schematic design tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Designing BMS products such as sampling boards, main control boards, and power driver boards.
Creating hardware schematics, confirming design proposals, selecting hardware components, analyzing issues, and documenting designs.
Conducting performance testing and analysis, assisting with PCB layout, and optimizing EMC design.
Verifying and validating hardware systems, as well as developing and maintaining hardware systems.
Building technical reserves related to BMS systems and actively promoting technological innovation.
