We are responsible for managing the credit portfolio, participating in committees, and overseeing operational aspects of the portfolio: contract formalization, credit operation custody, guarantee control, collections, management reporting, and client service.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in BNDES products and operations, who possesses a strategic vision and mastery of the operational processes that underpin our institutional relationship with the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES). The selected candidate will serve as a technical reference and focal point within the institution for matters concerning products, fund disbursements, classifications, operational execution, and guarantees related to BNDES lines.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Participate in structuring operations, drafting contracts, formalizing and custodian of BNDES fund disbursement operations, identifying operational issues, and facilitating structures based on regulations and requirements of each product.
- Ensure the proper operational execution of classification, contracting, disbursement, and accountability processes with BNDES.
- Engage in the entire operational cycle of operations backed by the FGI: formalization process, commission payments, contributions, and accountability with the FGI.
- Represent the bank in technical interactions with BNDES and other fund disbursing institutions, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.
- Monitor norms, circulars, and communications issued by BNDES, translating them into internal procedures and operational manuals.
- Collaborate with risk and credit areas to ensure operations comply with fund disbursement policies and eligibility.
- Support commercial and product areas in structuring operations utilizing BNDES resources.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
