What Centria Autism Provides
- Clinical quality comes first. Outcomes matter more than billable hours. The proprietary CareConnect platform streamlines treatment planning and data collection, so paperwork does not get in the way of care.
- Assent-based care at scale. The model integrates assent, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment to drive meaningful change for children and families.
- Work-life balance. Predictable caseloads and manageable schedules help prevent burnout and support a sustainable career.
- Layered clinical support. Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and a Clinical Excellence Team are available for guidance and collaboration.
- No operational headaches. The operations team handles logistics like scheduling and technician onboarding, freeing up time for clinical work.
- Growth and development. Opportunities include mentoring future BCBAs, leading clinical training, or moving into leadership roles, with support for professional growth.
- Investment in continuing education. CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and exclusive training events help maintain and expand skills.
- Meaningful perks. Benefits include an all-inclusive annual vacation for two, early wage access, a company car or mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.
- No non-compete agreement. If Centria is not the right long-term fit, clinicians are free to move on without restriction.
