Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is eager to welcome a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our vibrant, multidisciplinary team. We focus on providing exceptional speech therapy services, working closely with children and their families to address communication, developmental, and behavioral challenges. Position Type:

Part-Time or Full-Time BCBA

Location: Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, AZ

Schedule: Flexible with options for in-clinic or in-home sessions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
  • Design and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.
  • Supervise and support RBTs and other team members directly and indirectly.
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other professionals for cohesive treatment plans.
  • Provide training for parents, caregivers, and staff on effective intervention techniques.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience with children on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Previous clinical experience is preferred.
