Your role will also involve assisting in the recruitment of new board members when necessary and motivating existing members to realize their personal growth potential in alignment with the Foundation's objectives.

As the liaison between the Executive Director and board members, you will manage communication flows and carry out necessary tasks related to board activities. Your participation in meetings will involve presenting information, mediating discussions, and gathering assessments on board member attitudes towards the Foundation's goals and their individual contributions.
