Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Bridge Software Engineer or similar role. Proficient in the Japanese language, with a minimum level of JLPT N2 or N1.Solid understanding of the Software Development Process, Object-Oriented Programming, and related methodologies. Excellent communication and documentation skills in Japanese.

The Team
Our Japan office is enhancing its offshore engineering capabilities through development hubs in Vietnam and India, creating a robust global delivery framework that ensures high-quality outcomes at competitive costs.

Your Role
As a Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE), you will be the key liaison between our Japanese clients and the development team, ensuring effective communication and project success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements Management: Collect and clarify client requirements, maintain documentation, and keep the team informed with up-to-date information.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead meetings between clients and team members, align on objectives, and provide summaries for clarity.
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
  • Internal Support and Communication: Offer real-time clarifications, facilitate team meetings, and bridge cultural differences to enhance collaboration.
