Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in final assembly production, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or mechanical systems. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team of approximately 30 technicians. Strong communication skills, capable of clearly conveying job expectations and feedback. Experience with performance management and staff development, including identifying training needs. Familiarity with production metrics and reporting.
