Supervise, mentor, and train field service technicians on a daily basis. Act as the technical expert, offering advanced troubleshooting and product knowledge to technicians and engineers. Travel as needed to manufacturing or field service locations for training, factory tests, and shop testing. Identify project risks that could impact technician performance and report them to management. Work on-site to complete project start-up and commissioning, resolving punch list items efficiently. Collaborate with Project Managers to update punch lists and support project closure. Coordinate with commercial and administrative teams for requests outside the scope of start-up and commissioning. Ensure technicians have the necessary tools, materials, and documentation for each site. Report product or quality issues to management and work with production and engineering teams to address them. Work with Division Manager, Field Service Manager, Field Service Support, and Site Operations Representative to schedule additional field resources as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
