Join our dynamic team at Albireo Energy as a Building Automation Systems Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of HVAC systems. Operate under minimal supervision to conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of building automation systems. Your expertise will ensure that control systems are properly installed, tested, and functional through comprehensive point-to-point checkouts and commissioning efforts.
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Lead startup, testing, diagnostics, and commissioning for small to medium-sized new and retrofit HVAC projects.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to guarantee optimal system performance.
- Provide timely emergency service and response to customer sites as needed.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair control components, as well as address mechanical, HVAC, and electrical issues related to BAS operations.
- Load and update software on various controllers and systems.
- Understand and troubleshoot complex control systems, including networking and integration challenges.
- Develop, load, test, and commission programming software and graphics using various programming languages.
- Execute assigned work efficiently and engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Train customers on control system operations, ensuring they are equipped to use the systems effectively.
- Complete and submit project documentation, including commissioning documents and punch lists.
- Collaborate with service and project managers to coordinate project activities professionally and ethically.
- Support sales efforts by providing technical recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
