Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a building or facility maintenance technician in industrial or commercial settings. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical basics, and general building repairs. Ability to perform routine inspections and maintenance on safety systems and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. Proficient in using CMMS or ticketing systems for work order management.
