Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional and technical expert in Adobe Workfront, leveraging your in-depth platform knowledge.
- Co-develop solution designs, guiding projects from the discovery phase to final implementation by translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Lead the development of the Agency Workbook, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the System Architect to produce a detailed Technical Workbook that aligns with Workfront configurations.
- Map out comprehensive business workflows, clearly defining dependencies and automation opportunities.
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to ensure successful validation of configurations and integrations.
- Proactively identify risks, escalating any structural issues as necessary.
- Create training materials and facilitate user training sessions to enhance knowledge and usage of the platform.
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to platform standards, scalability requirements, and governance guidelines.
