Join our dynamic team as an Adobe Workfront Business Analyst, where your expertise will drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, translating them into effective Workfront solutions that align with our platform's capabilities and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a functional and technical expert in Adobe Workfront, leveraging your in-depth platform knowledge.
  • Co-develop solution designs, guiding projects from the discovery phase to final implementation by translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Lead the development of the Agency Workbook, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the System Architect to produce a detailed Technical Workbook that aligns with Workfront configurations.
  • Map out comprehensive business workflows, clearly defining dependencies and automation opportunities.
  • Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to ensure successful validation of configurations and integrations.
  • Proactively identify risks, escalating any structural issues as necessary.
  • Create training materials and facilitate user training sessions to enhance knowledge and usage of the platform.
  • Ensure that all solutions adhere to platform standards, scalability requirements, and governance guidelines.
