Role Overview
The Business Analyst (Application Support and Deployment) joins the Solutions Delivery team in Paris (2nd arrondissement). The role focuses on deploying SaaS software for new clients, helping existing clients standardize configurations, and activating new features. Responsibilities include project planning, data and configuration analysis, and ongoing collaboration with the Product team.
As UpClear expands, this position offers opportunities to grow expertise in BluePlanner and further develop analytical skills.
What You Will Do
- Activation: Analyze client challenges, recommend functional and technical solutions, and coordinate their deployment.
- Configuration Analysis: Translate configuration data into actionable plans, participate in implementation, and track progress.
- Support for Version Upgrades and Innovation Deployments: Test system upgrades and new features before rollout to confirm they meet client requirements.
- Client Query Analysis: Work with sales teams to clarify and prioritize client requests for internal development.
- Client Support: Identify and investigate platform issues raised by clients, and provide assistance as needed.
