Your role in our mission:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of intricate HR processes, pinpointing areas ripe for digital transformation and intelligent automation, and converting business needs into actionable technical specifications;
  • Utilize platforms like OutSystems, AA360, and ServiceNow to craft, develop, and implement robust low-code applications, streamlining essential HR workflows and improving user experiences;
  • Lead AI and automation projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely project completion, quality standards adherence, and seamless integration with existing HR systems;
  • Foster effective collaboration between HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and successful project execution;
  • Investigate and incorporate AI capabilities into HR solutions, focusing on practical applications that yield real value.
