Role overview

Analyze and document business processes within Private Capital, especially around fund accounting and regulatory reporting (CSSF/BCL).
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, confirm project scope, and validate acceptance criteria across different locations.
Draft business requirements documentation to guide IT teams during solution development.
Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes and controls in the Private Capital area.
Define business rules and mappings to align current and future business models.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as needed.

Key deliverables

Implement process and system changes with attention to quality.
Complete documentation in line with GBCM procedures.
