The Team
You will become a vital member of a collaborative and dynamic delivery team committed to developing scalable digital solutions that support pivotal business initiatives. Our team collaborates closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, architects, and engineering teams from various global locations to create high-impact solutions. We prioritize clear communication, strong ownership, and a commitment to continuous improvement while driving agile product delivery. Team members work in tandem across business and technology domains to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and customer needs.
The Role
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements, converting business needs into well-defined functional and technical solutions.
- Decompose high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and tasks, ensuring clear scope, acceptance criteria, and technical understanding for the delivery team.
- Define and communicate the product and project vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational strategy.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is continuously refined, prioritized, and development-ready.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams on solution design, technical analysis, and effort estimation to support accurate sprint and release planning.
- Take complete ownership of releases, including scope, quality, timelines, and deployment readiness.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, driving mitigation plans and facilitating timely decision-making.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, designs, and decisions using collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
