Role Overview:The Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager at Google Fiber is tasked with documenting and facilitating use cases in collaboration with business teams. This role involves overseeing projects tied to software developed by our systems and tools teams, including the development of home routers for our customers. Our systems leverage cloud-based deployment environments, integrating various applications (iOS and Android), customer web portals, back-end systems based on Salesforce, Fiber Management systems, customer agent and ticketing tools, OSS, ERP, and billing systems. This diverse suite of systems provides numerous opportunities for technical growth within a dynamic environment, focusing on front-end systems like Buyflow, Portal, and Mobile Apps (Android/iOS). Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business teams to define requirements for front-end systems. Work alongside design teams to validate use cases, support technical implementations, and drive execution. Present features and use cases to business stakeholders. Obtain final sign-off from business stakeholders for features and use cases. Take responsibility for the progress of features from inception to sign-off.
