POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Associate to work closely with entrepreneurs, equipping them with the necessary skills to scale their enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake processes for program entrepreneurs and perform monthly site visits to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Develop cash flow statements and profitability analyses.
- Provide strategic and actionable advice to help clients achieve or refine their business objectives towards greater sustainability and profitability.
- Engage in ongoing site visits to offer real-time business advising and support growth initiatives.
- Connect clients with Inkomoko’s additional services, including training and financing opportunities.
