Join our innovative team at T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Consultant specializing in Application Development and Management. We are looking for a skilled Presales Consultant/Analyst who excels in crafting detailed solutions for RFPs (Request for Proposals) as well as proactive opportunities in application development. You will work collaboratively with sales teams, technical experts, and clients to design, propose, and deliver application development solutions tailored to meet client needs while aligning with our company’s expertise.

 

Industry Verticals: Oil & Gas, Retail, Energy and Utilities

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage New Customer Requests:
    • Handle and process RFIs/RFPs for low-risk opportunities, ensuring timely responses.
    • Evaluate requests within the scope of low-risk opportunities.
  • Oversee Existing Contracts:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and requests under current frame contracts.
    • Maintain contractual compliance and follow internal protocols.
  • Document Translation:
    • Translate documentation between German and English for client submissions.
    • Ensure accuracy and linguistic consistency in solution documents.
  • Prepare Submission Documents:
    • Compile and prepare necessary documentation for proposals and bids.
    • Create customized solution descriptions that cater to client specifications.
    • Conduct pricing and cost calculations using CPQ tools.
    • Define delivery models and partnerships for proposed solutions.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Deal Managers and Service Delivery Managers to finalize proposals.
    • Secure required internal approvals following organizational guidelines.
  • CRM Management (Preferred Skill):
    • Manage sales opportunities within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Ensure timely updates and thorough documentation of opportunities.
    • Adhere to established processes for opportunity lifecycle management.

Your Profile:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in presales, bid management, or business analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce and CPQ tools is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of the IT services and solutions landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
