Role overview
The Business Developer (H/F) will focus on sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities for N2JSoft’s digital solutions. This involves identifying organizations that would benefit from the company’s products, then engaging key contacts and preparing leads for the sales team. Once a lead is qualified and a first meeting is set, the sales team takes over for the remainder of the sales cycle.
Main responsibilities
- Identify and approach decision-makers at target companies by phone, LinkedIn, and email to generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline.
- Analyze prospect needs and challenges to support the sales team in tailoring product demonstrations.
- Experiment with and recommend new strategies to enhance the sales process.
